Minds in Motion Support COG

Playing two exclusive shows in Tasmania, one in Hobart and one in Launceston, the progressive three-piece COG, will be bringing some incredible live music to the Australian island state in the last few days of July, giving an opportunity for Tasmanian bands to share the stage with them.
Along with Minds in Motion, Verticoli will also be supporting COG in Hobart. Tassie bands Captives and Paper Souls form the Launceston support lineup.

Celebrating 10 years since their self-titled EP, Dead Letter Circus are releasing The Endless Mile, a full length album of alternative-universe versions of older tracks. They will be playing 4 exclusive shows in Tasmania and Queensland.

Minds in Motion announce that Luke Sanderson will be their new drummer. After filling in with Minds in Motion for a show supporting Superheist in Hobart, Luke officially joins the band as their fourth member.
Shortly after, Minds in Motion announced a new single in recording titled "Drown the Anchor" showing off a bit of the band's heavier side.

Minds In Motion are a 4 piece alternative rock band from Hobart, Tasmania. Formed in late 2010, this energetic outfit packs everything you would expect from a rock band while combining immense soundscapes, electronic grooves and orchestral breakdowns.
Minds In Motion have a common desire to create original music that makes you move and leaves you wanting more. Many genres are packed into the bands overall sound and there is something for everyone in the mix.
Every member of the band has a strong musical background, be it song writing, performing recording and/or producing and the band are no strangers to the original music scene in Tasmania. Live shows promise to deliver on every sensory level, to create a futuristic but familiar sound, adding visual effects to complement the performance.
Minds in Motion's hard-hitting single, Drown The Anchor, is set to be released in 2017.
Minds in Motion's 14-track debut album, Red Sky Warning, was released by the outfit in 2014. Red Sky Warning was completely self-funded, written and produced. The album art was designed by a local Tasmanian artist and is based on the albums lyrical theme; birth, death and everything in between. The band released a film clip for the single; “Searching For Tomorrow”, which was filmed in an abandoned mental hospital in New Norfolk.
